CORDILLERA CYBERCOPS ASSIST VICTIM FILE COMPLAINT AGAINST EIGHT SUSPECTS FOR SWINDLING/ESTAFA
Baguio City, Philippines - On March 1, 2023, personnel from Regional Anti-Cybercrime Unit Cordillera (RACU COR), Philippine National Police Anti-Cybercrime Group (PNP ACG), together with victim Margarette Acosta Cacdac, filed a criminal complaint for violation of Art 315 of the RPC (Swindling/Estafa) in relation to Sec. 6 of RA 10175 also known as Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012 against Bernila Cinco and seven (7) others at the City Prosecutor's Office, Justice Hall, Baguio City.
