CAUAYAN CITY, ISABELA – Two (2) male persons who allegedly accessed, without authority, and in a fraudulent manner, the online banking account of “Christine”, which caused her to lose Php370,000.00 were caught by Valley Cybercops in two succeeding operations on January 23, 2023 (Monday) at about 9:26 AM and 10:32 AM respectively in Calumpit, Bulacan.


34-year-old, Julierey Palencia RACU 2’s Top 1 Most Wanted Person (Regional Level) and 41-year-old, Oliver San Diego (Top 2 MWP) were both arrested by personnel of RACU 2 led by PLTCOL ROVELITA AGLIPAY in coordination with elements of Calumpit Police Station, Bulacan PPO PRO3 and Isabela PPO, PRO2. They were nabbed by virtue of a Warrant of Arrest issued against them for Violation of Section 9 (s), RA 8484 as amended in relation to Sec 6 of R.A. 10175 issued by HONORABLE REYMUNDO L. AUMENTADO, Presiding Judge, Second Judicial Region, RTC Br 20, Cauayan City, Isabela dated January 22, 2022 for Criminal Case Number Br. 20-13890 with a recommended bail amounting to Php140,000.00 pesos each for their temporary liberty.

Currently, accused San Diego is under the custody of Cauayan City Police Station while Palencia was able to post bail for his momentary release while waiting for the court’s resolution on the case.
